Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients. Develop and nurture relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide tailored support, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Accurately, concisely, and appropriately respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, consistently meeting the highest standards of customer service. Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
