Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and visualization Design and implement iterative dashboard layouts, gathering feedback and improving end products Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and identifying areas for improvement Identify trends and patterns in large datasets, translating insights into actionable wins Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efforts and generate concrete results through analytics Develop and maintain key metrics, recommending policy changes and delivering action plans to all levels of leadership Essential Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Advanced Tableau developer skills Capable SQL user: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software transport Experience in Software Development: data build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the transport of code Product Ownership: fully accountable for key results for a project — experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
