Job Summary We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and modifications of the Warehouse Management Framework, as well as acting as the local contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom departments and the Innovation Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the DC where appropriate, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change requests. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures Act as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals Support LAN (Local) design Implement all future releases of software Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, strips, etc., and report usage to MIS Supervise non-exempt staff Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end-users Manage the peripheral connects with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred) 2+ years of experience with using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: Project management experience (an asset) A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
