Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with our products and services, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, preparing rental invoices, and answering questions and educating customers regarding our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers inside and outside a blithequark center with blithequark products and services. Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up blithequark trucks and trailers. Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services. Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental. Install hitches and trailer wiring. Fill propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment). Drive a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment). Participate in ongoing continuous blithequark education through blithequark University. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition to these minimum qualifications, we are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience.
