Job Summary and Responsibilities The Logistics Planner will be responsible for coordinating with the Make Ready Center leadership team to assess available equipment, identify remanufacturing needs, and determine new purchase requirements. You will manage asset logistics by collaborating with Shipping and Receiving to track equipment movements in and out of the Make Ready Center. Effective communication with the Logistics Planning and Sales teams is crucial to ensure seamless operations and address any equipment requisition needs or issues. Additionally, you will analyze daily and weekly workloads to forecast manpower requirements and prepare relevant productivity and out-of-stock reports for leadership. Maintaining and updating the equipment shipping schedule in coordination with Red Fleet and third-party transportation providers is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 4 plus years of related experience. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is highly desirable.
