Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat specialist to answer live chats from customers and provide exceptional support. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and can work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You will be responsible for responding to live chats, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to shipping containers Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product details, pricing, and availability Utilize knowledge of shipping containers and industry trends to provide exceptional customer support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity and performance Strong knowledge of shipping containers and industry trends, or willingness to learn and be trained Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field, preferably in the shipping container industry Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages commonly spoken in the US and international markets Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze customer complaints and issues, and provide timely and effective solutions Technical skills: proficiency in live chat software, CRM systems, and other technical tools and platforms Time management skills: ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, development, and learning.
