Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns. Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences. Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth and success of our clients' businesses. Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and equipped to follow up with their customers. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. In addition to these qualifications, you must be able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role and provide exceptional customer support.
