Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to patients and healthcare providers through email and chat platforms. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all client interactions are documented in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide accurate information regarding medical imaging services, appointment scheduling, and insurance queries, staying updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings. Assist in troubleshooting issues related to services, appointments, and online platforms, collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery. Maintain clear and concise communication, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with empathy and patience. Identify common issues and trends in client inquiries and report them to management for process improvements, participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and knowledge. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. These include: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
