About the Role We're expanding our Conversion Improvement team and seeking a skilled Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to handle our top clients and use cases. As a customer service driven individual, you'll be responsible for reading consumer responses, responding contextually, and categorizing them appropriately. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to think on your feet will enable you to provide thoughtful, articulate, and personalized guidance to consumers. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in less than 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement Add relevancy to canned responses Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling Maintain a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked Participate in other projects as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment Experience writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans Professionalism in all interactions Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence Comfortability on a computer and advanced typing skills Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills Reliability and responsibility to a designated schedule Strong internet/WiFi connection Education and Preferred Qualifications We require a High School diploma or equivalent, and a College Degree is a plus.
