Key Responsibilities Conduct web-based research as needed, utilizing tools such as Google searches to gather information and compile findings in Microsoft Word documents or Open Office. Input data into CRM/ERP software, such as NetSuite and SalesForce, or similar systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Provide administrative support, including retrieving, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files, as well as handling customer bill processing and other administrative tasks. Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals, analyzing market and competition, and identifying external threats and opportunities. Communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and the general public, both verbally and in writing, presenting information and responding to questions in a clear and concise manner. Write reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, demonstrating strong written communication skills. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information, developing alternative solutions, and working collaboratively with team members. Essential Qualifications 2-year Associate's degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience. Administrative support experience, with a strong background in data entry and CRM/ERP software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and with integrity, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients and customers. Demonstrated organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, develop alternative solutions, and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM/ERP software, such as NetSuite and SalesForce. Sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices. Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
