Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk – Temporary Warehouse Appointment Scheduling and Inbound Freight Management Support

In this role, you will play a critical part in providing essential support for warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management, ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain activities. Job Overview We are looking for a temporary Data Entry Clerk to work 100% remotely for a period of 3-6 months. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Additionally, you will audit inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal, as well as perform periodic freight cost editing within the Buyer Portal. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between TMS and the Buyer Portal to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer Portal to maintain up-to-date records. Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently, including One Network, High Jump, and the Buyer Portal. Provide exceptional support to the logistics and supply chain team, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management activities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word. Strong web application navigation skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. High typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment. Familiarity with One Network, High Jump, and/or other transportation management systems. Knowledge of freight management and logistics principles, including warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate of $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
