Job Overview As a Remote Customer Technical Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing live and non-live support to our customers, ensuring that they can effectively utilize our digital solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, communicating with customers and partners, and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide live and non-live support for a variety of digital solutions offered by blithequark, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Utilize administrative tools to analyze technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues related to system requirements of blithequark's digital solutions, ensuring that customers can access and utilize our products with ease. Identify issues that require further software development and forward them to the appropriate group, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital solutions. Communicate customer feature requests to the relevant teams, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into our product development process. Detail customer interactions accurately using a ticketing system, maintaining a record of customer issues and resolutions. Provide clear and accurate written and verbal directions to customers and partners, ensuring that they can effectively utilize our digital solutions. Essential Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Organized self-starter with high attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite, with an understanding of Apple operating systems preferred. Understanding of major browsers and mobile devices, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to these platforms. Analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting computer-related problems, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Proficiency in keyboarding, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintain technical and product knowledge vital for the job, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or certification(s) in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
