Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, loyalty programs, and other services. Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions, troubleshooting issues related to flight reservations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other travel-related matters. Information & Guidance: Serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers with everything from changing their flight to understanding their benefits, and providing accurate and comprehensive information about blithequark's services. Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity and high quality of service. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment. Essential Qualifications We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for communication and a desire to help others.
