Job Overview We are hiring experienced Customer Care Representatives to work from the comfort of their own homes, providing top-notch support to our clients' employees. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, answering questions, providing education, and solving complex HR and financial issues related to health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients' employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to their health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc. Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework. Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system as needed. Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and adapting to change skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Empathy and a strong customer service focus. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a premier HR contact center or similar environment. Knowledge of HR and financial issues related to health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, etc. Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
