Key Responsibilities As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and providing updates to relevant stakeholders Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by our sales channels, preparing reports as requested, and educating customers on our products and services Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and drafting routine client and customer correspondence Responding to questions, resolving problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, as well as completing special operational and client projects as assigned Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers, and providing order activity updates to our Sales Support Manager or Supervisor Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and formulas Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and identify errors or discrepancies Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively A background in payroll or commission processing, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas and macros Experience working with multiple systems and software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and identify errors or discrepancies The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
