Job Overview In this part-time Remote Data Entry Clerk position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Construction Department. Your primary focus will be on processing invoices, verifying financial information, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Verify GL Coding, create and route purchase orders as needed, and receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for invoices processed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless operations Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication Physical Requirements As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, with occasional movement around the office. You must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, including a 10-key keypad.
