Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, and assisting with healthcare-related concerns. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, providing empathetic support and expert guidance to ensure that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist patients with benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices, ensuring that they receive the support they need to navigate the healthcare system Assess all inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address patient needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcome Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome for patients Navigate multiple systems and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported throughout their journey Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, a verifiable High School diploma or GED, and basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. You should also be proficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be able to reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
