We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Expert to join our team and assist with launching all client experience components and operations in our first physical retail location. As a remote customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Job Overview In this full-time remote customer service role, you will be responsible for addressing client requests and concerns promptly and professionally, helping them navigate the arenaflex website, placing orders, and understanding product details. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date on arenaflex's extensive product catalog and effectively communicating product information to clients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client care through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions Address client requests, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally Help clients with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries Assist clients with curbside pickups, in-store pickup processes, and truck recovery from the parking area Foster a deep understanding of arenaflex's product catalog to help clients make informed product selections Remain updated on new product releases, features, and specifications Resolve client complaints and issues by collaborating with different departments, such as operations or product teams, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions Help clients with order processing, cancellations, returns, fulfillment cycles, and trades Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, providing timely updates on order status and any expected delays Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes and share input with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement Ensure adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures while assisting clients and staying up-to-date with any changes in company policies Utilize various client care tools, software, and systems to manage client interactions efficiently Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing, sales, policies, visual merchandising, and product teams, to ensure a seamless client experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 1 year of experience in a client support setting, preferably in retail 1 year of experience working directly with clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience 1 year of experience identifying and resolving client issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction 1 year of experience successfully managing time, handling multiple client requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses 1 year of experience building client relationships and resolving client complaints Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of customer service software and systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
