Senior Data Analyst – CRM Testing
Job Description: • Partner with the Testing & Innovation team to thoroughly understand test methodology, objectives and implementation protocols • Conduct sophisticated analysis of test results to identify incremental lift, using advanced segmentation techniques and behavioral insights • Lead comprehensive A/B testing analysis, identifying statistically significant patterns and actionable insights • Design and execute complex, multi-variate test analyses that address ambiguous business questions • Translate analytical findings into strategic marketing recommendations and propose data-driven future testing opportunities • Communicate complex analytical insights to marketing stakeholders in accessible, actionable formats • Deliver compelling presentations of analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Requirements: • Three to five years of experience as a data analyst, including development of new analytic frameworks • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation • Strong proficiency in SQL • Extremely strong analytic thinker • Some experience with at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus • Strong communication and presentation skills • Extensive knowledge of quantitative analysis and statistical methods • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area of study • Experience in a gambling-related business is a plus • Experience conducting analysis of CRM, monetization, cross-sell or retention is a plus • Knowledge of sports betting, online casino, or related areas is a plus Benefits: • Full remote work • Competitive pay and benefits • Start-up culture backed by a secure, global brand Apply tot his job
