Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and tenants, handling a wide range of inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience Collaborate with team members to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants, assisting with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in using various computer programs and systems, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are also required.
