Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Stay informed about updates to arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide up-to-date and relevant support. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures by providing feedback and suggestions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technology or retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
