About the Role As a Banking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our team by providing top-notch service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries and complaints in a Financial/Bank Services environment. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Ensuring that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner, utilizing a variety of communication channels such as email, chat, or social media. Addressing customer concerns related to our services and providing the best solutions for their needs. Escalating customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when necessary and ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently. Providing accurate and complete information using our communication methods, which is crucial for this role. About You To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications: At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. An innate drive to provide excellent customer service, with a strong focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations. A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capability to handle escalated situations, remittances, and disputes in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to probe and resolve issues efficiently. Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet access via cable or fiber (DSL, satellite, etc., is not permitted). A minimum download speed of 10mbps and upload speed of 10mbps. A hardwired connection to your PC/laptop (wireless internet access is not permitted). A backup ISP/internet connection.
