Job Overview This fully remote role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while providing essential support during the peak tax season period. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers via phone, helping them navigate their tax filing process, answering questions about our services, and providing general support. Key Responsibilities Taking control of your work schedule and managing your own PC installation to ensure optimal performance for seamless operations. Scheduling your own mentoring sessions for failed NPS, Process, or Performance to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Providing courteous and efficient customer support through phone (inbound call) during the busy tax season, with some cases of video support (less than 15%). Resolving blithequark sign-in issues and answering inquiries about amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status. Providing helpful links to relevant blithequark support articles to enhance customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during high-demand periods, to provide exceptional customer support and represent blithequark's values.
