Job Overview In this full-time customer service role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our members. You will make phone calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help members better understand their services and options. As a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, broaden your experience, and open the door to additional opportunities at blithequark. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes 6 weeks of on-site training, designed to give you a hands-on learning experience as you interact with instructors, self-paced modules, and leadership from day one. Key Responsibilities Support our members' drug plans by answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Make phone calls to provide solutions and facilitate treatment Provide high-quality customer service to millions of plan members Work from home, if you meet the criteria, with a secure workplace, self-service internet, and no interruptions Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations Participate in our comprehensive training program to ensure your success Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military) Computer experience with Windows-based applications An associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism Reliability and compliance with certain standards Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
