Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates. Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations, providing proactive and personalized support. Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and reservation assistance, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to enhance the client experience. Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience and a deep understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support. Ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided. Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and expertise.
