As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class service and support. **Job Description** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail to resolve complex issues and provide product education. **Responsibilities** * Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs and provide recommendations for process improvements * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner * Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence * Document all activity made to a claim * Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: + Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus **Technical Requirements** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
