Main Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your main responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries by processing orders accurately, efficiently, and with a customer-centric approach, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Utilizing company systems and processes (SAP) to enter sales orders, contovisione orders, and consignment replacements, ensuring inventory availability and setting up customized defaults tailored to each customer's needs. Processing Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in alignment with company procedures, prioritizing timely and transparent communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Registering, tracking, and following up on customer complaints, acting as a reliable partner in finding solutions and resolving issues promptly. Building and maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships through excellent service and proactive support, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and retention. Managing the Travel Stock program, ensuring full compliance with the Quality System and seamless coordination across teams, because we're committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. What We're Looking For: Your Skills and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, although an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered, because we value your skills and qualifications above all else.
