Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-focused. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: 2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization. High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Open availability, as our clients are open 24/7, requiring flexibility and adaptability in your schedule. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
