Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative for Call Center Operations – Providing Exceptional Client Support and Resolution Services

Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards. You will receive and place telephone calls, which are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Your primary objective will be to answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas. You will maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, analyzing customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments when applicable. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards Receive and place telephone calls, which are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments when applicable Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including but not limited to card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of assigned clients Provide standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite Desired Skills and Capabilities Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice Has little or no role in the decision-making process, normally receiving detailed instructions and following established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments Works under close supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
