About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is comprised of dedicated and compassionate individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We have a presence in 40 preferred residency states, although we are currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You’ll Be Doing As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers. Your passion for helping others, combined with your strong product and brand knowledge, will enable you to recommend upgrades to health plans, conduct research, and provide answers to customer inquiries. You will also assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving issues with compassion and empathy. A Typical Day Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customer inquiries regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 6 months or more of customer service experience Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) A USB wired headset (although you may be able to use your existing headset, except for Bluetooth headsets) A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in What You Can Expect At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career and professional development.
