Our vision is to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, and we're looking for reliable, dedicated, and self-driven individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required; mobile internet service providers and satellites are not compatible) * A personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial.
