About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing information on benefits in a clear and concise manner. While sales may be involved if a customer expresses interest in opting for additional benefits, please note that cold calling is not part of this role, as we exclusively work with union associations directly.
