About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring our services to meet their requirements. Upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who express interest, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in benefits offerings, ensuring our clients receive the most accurate and relevant information. Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring seamless service delivery.
