Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, resolving questions and complaints concerning their accounts. You will utilize your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet the needs of our clients' customers and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or related to their account, with an average of 40 to 50 calls expected daily Respond to all customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations in a professional and empathetic manner Process required transactions via web-based applications Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex and client programs, policies, and technology Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner, both verbally and in writing Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals Provide support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: The ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding Strong commitment and work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Consistent attendance with the ability to meet work schedule, including the required training period Successful completion of arenaflex's 3-to-6-week new hire paid training program Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease A love for helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue Excitement about innovative technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes The ability to provide calm conflict resolution and problem-solving for frustrated customers The ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, taking high-volume calls from consumers Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1+ years of previous call center experience Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications, with the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years of age or older Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Have six months minimum experience in a call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience Have customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Have working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications, with the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check Comply with camera requirements when attending meetings and training Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
