Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and up-to-date Develop a thorough understanding of internal and external proprietary software, troubleshooting common issues and providing technical support to customers as needed Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver superior customer service. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in insurance or financial services, is highly desirable. You will also need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, as well as basic computer skills and knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $10 to $12 per hour. Our paid training program provides 4 hours of training per day, Monday to Friday, for 3 to 4 weeks, at a rate of $7.25 per hour. After certification, you will be eligible for an increase in pay, based on experience and tenure, with opportunities for quarterly reviews and pay increases.
