Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $10 to $12 per hour. Our paid training program provides 4 hours of training per day, Monday to Friday, for 3 to 4 weeks, at a rate of $7.25 per hour. After certification, you will be eligible for an increase in pay, based on experience and tenure, with opportunities for quarterly reviews and pay increases.
