About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Your role will involve answering incoming and outgoing calls, setting up new claims, providing status updates on existing claims, and answering questions about our travel protection plans. You will also be responsible for corresponding with clients via email inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and automated callbacks, assisting clients with claims status requests, setting up new claims, and providing general support Make outgoing calls to follow up on existing claims, contact passengers with claims outcome decisions, and provide updates on claim status Verify and update mailing addresses on returned mail to ensure that correspondence is resent to passengers in a timely manner Receive new claim mail from tour operators and travel agents, setting up new claims and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed Provide information on travel protection plans to travel agents and passengers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Document all interactions with passengers, ensuring that accurate records are maintained and that all necessary follow-up actions are taken Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
