About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You will work closely with our international-class software and platform groups to design and implement software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and strong IAM domain knowledge will be essential in driving our security initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Utilize WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management, as well as proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and security are essential for this role.
