Job Overview We are looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Marketing Manager who can develop and implement programs that delight our most loyal advocates and capture their inspiring stories. Reporting to the Director of Product, Customer, and Lifecycle Marketing, this role is crucial in fostering a community of enthusiastic, proactive supporters who can help spread the word about arenaflex's transformative impact on the healthcare system. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive customer advocacy program that provides memorable experiences, turning satisfied customers into passionate advocates for arenaflex. Establish a robust pipeline of case studies by identifying and rewarding customers who have benefited significantly from arenaflex, encouraging them to share their success stories. Conduct interviews and interact directly with a diverse range of arenaflex customers and partners to bring our value proposition to life in a relatable, human, and inspiring way. Develop compelling case studies, member stories, and customer marketing assets that differentiate arenaflex by highlighting our positive impact on a wide range of customers. Maintain an internal database of customer marketing assets that is easily searchable and accessible for cross-functional teams, ensuring that our customer stories are leveraged effectively across the organization. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this role will have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or related fields, with a proven track record of creating sustainable programs and repeatable processes. Exceptional writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. A passion for delivering memorable experiences that delight customers and inspire loyalty. A willingness to collaborate cross-functionally, "roll up your sleeves," and take on whatever tasks are necessary to drive company success.
