Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, leveraging your creativity and sales skills to drive revenue growth. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.
