About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers. A Typical Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: 6 months or more of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge Computer savvy and proficient in using various software applications The Equipment You'll Need To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need: Internet speed > 15 Mbps (a hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended) A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset, except for Bluetooth headsets) A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for daily log-in What You Can Expect from arenaflex At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
