Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, as our remote positions are limited to these locations. Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain this knowledge in customer-facing situations. Proficiency in computer applications and technology, including the ability to navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools.
