About the Role As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing client support via phone, chat, and email, assisting with client inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and making recommendations for improvement Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, using our proprietary call center database (CSC) to document all client communications Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals Communicate with clients in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, and be flexible to transition between channels as needed Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Comparable experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and client support Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality client service under high volume Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Professional, upbeat, and engaging communication style, with the ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools (e.g., Instant Service) Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm, and the ability to multitask, reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to clients Preferred Qualifications Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience, with a strong focus on client support and relationship building Retail sales experience, with a understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques Call center experience, with a strong focus on phone-based customer support and client interaction Experience working in a dynamic shift environment, with flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts as required Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our contractors.
