Key Responsibilities Effectively manage 2-3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries. Process new vacation bookings and make requested changes to existing reservations, adhering to our Customer Connection methodology to guarantee a remarkable customer experience. Utilize available resources to efficiently handle customer requests independently and accurately, maintaining high productivity standards and meeting performance goals. Navigate through multiple browsers and systems, engage in instant messaging, and respond to emails while maintaining an engaged conversation with customers. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and stay updated on company initiatives. Be reachable and available by telephone, email, and instant message during work hours, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues. Essential Qualifications Schedule Adherence: Availability to work a full-time schedule between 35-45 hours/week, including weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive days off. Reliability: Ability to adhere to and work your schedule consistently, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality. Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to delight customers and create a remarkable experience on every call. Tech Savvy: Strong typing skills and proficiency in internet navigation, instant messenger tools, email, and Microsoft Office. Communication: Excellent phone presence and ability to communicate effectively through all mediums (verbal, listening, written) to win customers over quickly. Receptive: Openness to receive coaching feedback through regular meetings and apply learnings to improve performance. Dexterity: Ability to concentrate and sit or stand at a desk while viewing a computer screen repetitively and answering the phone for each scheduled shift. Remote: Discipline and resourcefulness to meet business demands in a structured, virtual call center environment. Workspace: A dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity (minimum internet speeds of 5.0 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download), and not shared with an existing remote employee. Residency: Must be a resident and live in a US state (excluding AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry. Familiarity with call center software and technology. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
