Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements: Must have a desktop or laptop computer and access to high-speed internet via an ethernet cord (wifi not accepted). Must be able to pass a background check. Must meet technical requirements, including the use of a headset and dual monitors. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, between 7AM-11PM (40-hour work week). Must have a distraction-free work environment. Must not have any planned time off in the first 90-120 days. Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to pass a language assessment. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach.
