Job Responsibilities As a remote call center customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers. Here are some key tasks you'll be expected to perform: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving concerns via phone, email, and/or chat. Receive inbound calls or make outbound calls to identify and assess customer needs, exceeding customer satisfaction at the first point of contact. Meet personal and customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics. Utilize computer and business software programs, such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs, to track customer interactions and notes. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A passion for talking on the phone and providing excellent customer service. Previous customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction. A positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. 100% attendance at scheduled training sessions. Strong people skills, including friendliness, empathy, and active listening. Tech-savviness, with the ability to comfortably toggle between multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and client CRM systems. Remote Work Requirements To work remotely, you'll need: A quiet and undisturbed workspace with fast and reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload). A home router with an Ethernet link to your PC/laptop and a dependable power strip. A mobile phone with unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life (in lieu of a landline). What We Offer in Return In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer: Competitive pay: $15.00 per hour. Full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek.
