Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Sales to join our team in a hybrid role that combines working from our location at 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082, with remote work from home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and introduce customers to the latest technology, services, and offers. Key Responsibilities Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, addressing their needs and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services Perform basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve various customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours Occasional overtime may be required Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) for remote work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to simplify complex information and explain it in a clear and concise manner Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service in the telecommunications industry Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices Experience working in a hybrid environment, with both on-site and remote work Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package. Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $600.00 - $696.50 weekly, plus up to $36,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
