Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution and escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed. Utilize call center software, such as Calabrio, Gladly, or Dialpad, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: At least 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service. A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer support (please note that you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts). Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to react quickly and professionally when speaking with customers. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately guide customers through complex situations. An enthusiastic and can-do attitude, radiating positivity and dedication to each customer interaction. Previous experience with call center software, such as Calabrio, Gladly, or Dialpad, is highly preferred.
