Your primary focus will be on creating test frameworks, building test plans, and automating test designs to guarantee the highest quality in WiFi networking for our innovative product offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and developing comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our products Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness Utilizing various testing tools, including remote and Bluetooth packet sniffers and network protocol analyzers, to troubleshoot and resolve issues Working closely with the engineering team to resolve defects and improve product quality Participating in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WiFi and Bluetooth, and applying this knowledge to improve our products and services Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on WiFi and Bluetooth technology Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing Experience with automation testing frameworks, including Python Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A passion for delivering high-quality products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered an asset: Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and FTP Experience with scripting languages, including Python, Ruby, or Perl A certification in software testing, such as ISTQB or CSTE Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
