If you're passionate about customer-centric innovation, agile product development, and leading by example, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** As a Product Owner, E2E Customer Experience, your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand the desired business outcome and shepherding features through the development lifecycle to achieve the desired outcomes. * Converting features into user stories, driving alignment, and documenting user stories with comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria. * Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to build and manage the delivery team backlog, ensuring alignment on vision, goals, and priorities of the product, and streamlining the execution of priorities. * Partnering with the UI/UX team to conduct usability studies and bring the voice of the customer to the team. * Managing scope within sprints, escalating as needed, and ensuring on-time delivery within each sprint. * Acting as the Product's Subject Matter Expert, providing input into translating business ideas into solutions and features. * Providing input on functional solutions, architecture, and design, with a general functional understanding of the platforms utilized by the product. * Being a core contributor in Agile ceremonies, including driving backlog refinement activities, user story grooming, and sizing efforts. * Working with QA and other IT members to ensure that code is adequately reviewed and tested for functionality and security, and that completed stories meet the definition of DONE. * Working with other Product Owners to ensure a coordinated approach across the entire Omnipod Ecosystem. * Anticipating issues and risks (such as security and regulatory) and escalating appropriately. * Facilitating risk assessment with business stakeholders and ensuring completion of validation activities. * Experience with GxP validation is a plus. **Education and Experience:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree and demonstrable work experience. * Experience with SFDC CRM, SFDC Communities preferred. * 3+ years of experience using Agile methodologies related to Product Owner roles. * Familiarity with Software Development technologies and platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc. * Experience in global cross-functional groups that include QA, marketing, development, and various stakeholders. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** As a Product Owner, E2E Customer Experience, you'll need to demonstrate: * Strong communication skills in audiences with various levels of technical background. * Self-sufficiency, flexibility, and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously. * Strong organization skills and the demonstrated ability to plan immediate work along with multi-year roadmaps. * A positive, results-driven, rational, logical, team-player attitude. * A passion to continuously improve processes and practices. * The ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization and changing priorities. * A track record of influencing behaviors. * A desire to support and empower teams to succeed. * The courage to challenge and advise various stakeholders, including senior leaders. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you're connected and productive. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
