As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of prescription medications to those who need them most. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team on a part-time, weekend schedule. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with our pharmacy network, client adjusters, and claimants to ensure accurate and efficient medication benefits assignment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment * Supports client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications * Performs other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Familiarity with and experience working as part of a dedicated team * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to read and interpret documents, such as letters and reports * Strong understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills * Exceptional editing, grammar, and spelling skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Knowledge of Workers Compensation benefit management or related industries * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly * Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
